1. dead

    i am so beyond exausted right now.  I’ve been up since like 7am, and have been on my feet literally all day.  Work was extra tiring for some reason, and now my feet/legs are killing me.  So so glad tomorrow is friday, ughhhh.  Even though I have a million things to do, and will end up being just as tired, haha.  Oh well.  So proud of myself for all that I’ve accomplished this week.  Feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my chest since I’ve stopped obsessing over my exercise, and everything has worked itself out naturally.  I exercise when I want to, and I rest when I need it.  Tomorrow I’m going to workout, clean a million things, maybe get my nails diddd,  then date night :)  and if I happen to eat nachos, I’m not going to stress ;)

  6. have recently been running a lot more, and it feels absolutely amazing.  Yesterday night I did about 35 mins of running, and this morning I did the same.  This evening I did Insanity Pure Cardio, and it’s pretty safe to say I’m exausted!!  Not sure what I want to do tomorrow; either plyometrics or maybe some weights.  I’m trying a new thing where I choose workouts based on what I WANT to do, not what I think I have to do.  I’m trying to enjoy my exercise more, since I tend to develop unhealthy obsessions.  Insanity has given me awesome results so far, but I’m definitely in the mood for trying something new.  Thinking about trying P90x this week..

    As far as eating goes, I’m really trying to tighten everything up and cut out unnecessary “extras” ex; condiments, dressings, or anything else that just adds empty cals and fat.  Trying to lower my overall consumption of fat, as well as carbs.  Sticking to carbs for the first half of the day, then tapering them down by dinner time.  Trying to mix up my meals, try new things, and consume every 2.5-3 hours.  Getting down to the wire, and I really need to see some progress.  We’ll see how this goes :)

    insanity pure cardio.. good way to start the day, except now I’m exausted and can’t get up.  wahhh exercise problems.  tomorrow is the start of the long weekend, and i’m super excited to spend it cottaging, hiking, drinking, and hanging with the favourite people!!!  pushing myself 110 percent in my workouts, just to prepare ;)  need to go shopping before work, I have absolutely no shorts that fit me anymore, haha kinda sucks that I’m broke but YAY :) now I need to shower, eat, and get ready for work BYE
